Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason. To this end, he/she must send notice to Greenyleaf via certified e-mail or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to be sent within 3 working days of receipt of the Products.

The return of the Products subject to withdrawal must be made, at the Consumer's own expense, by courier of his choice,.
For the purpose of the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Consumer shall comply with the following terms and conditions:
the withdrawal may also apply limited to individual Products covered by a single Contract of Sale, it being understood that the Consumer may not exercise the withdrawal limited to a part of the individual Product purchased;
all the Products for which the Consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal must be intact in the same way as the original packaging, complete in all its parts including the packaging material, any seals affixed, as well as any ancillary documentation;
if the Product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised is received by Greenyleaf damaged, the latter will be obliged only to notify the Consumer in order to allow him, where possible, to exercise his right of recourse against the courier chosen for the return of the products;
Greenyleaf will not be liable under any circumstances for damage, theft or loss of Products subject to return, until the return of the same. Any risk will, therefore, be borne exclusively by the Consumer.
Greenyleaf has the right to withdraw from each Contract of Sale concluded by the Customer or the Consumer, giving the same written notice by e-mail and registered letter a/r, as well as it may not accept any Order from users or Customers who have implemented irregular behavior.
